The C-403-D 4-Camera Indoor Budget Color Dome Security Camera PC-Based System is a great choice. The included DVR card installs into your Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7 (32-bit) PC to allow you to view and record from your cameras onto your PC's hard drive. System includes motion detection and continuous recording capabilities.
The Security Eyes Entry-Level DVR Software allows you to view your cameras over the internet using a PC, Laptop, or even Windows Mobile PDA Phone allowing you to watch your cameras from anywhere over the internet, remote viewing requires a static IP address DSL or Cable internet connection.
The included 4 x E-806 Budget Style Dome cameras provide good quality color video and are light-weight enough to mount on a standard ceiling or drop-ceiling tile. Installed wide-angle 3.6mm lenses provide a wider view, allowing you to use less cameras to cover a greater amount of area. Package includes 4 x Coaxial CCTV Power/Video Cables (select length above) that will carry the power to the location of the camera from the included power adapters, so that you only have to run a single cable out to each camera.

I purchased 2 of these systems from ez-toyz.com, and they were very good with helping me select. I didn't have much of a budget to work with, but these camera systems were great for installing into my retail store. I can now view my cameras and record on my PC...and customers and employees can see the cameras to help prevent theft too.

This camera system really suited the budget that I had to work with, and still provides a better system than the old vcr that I was working with.
I plan on installing a 2nd card soon, and plugging in some of my older cameras to expand my cctv system to 8 cameras.
