This DVR-2213TL 4-Channel Standalone DVR with networking is a great selection for any home or business security camera system where digital recording and basic remote viewing capabilities are required. This standalone DVR will record from all 4 cameras simultaneously, permitting you to record from all of the cameras with continuous or motion detection style recording onto internal hard drive (optional hard drive sizes above). Base standalone DVR does not include hard drive, as many people prefer to install their own hard drives. This standalone DVR will accept any standard IDE style PATA hard drive from Seagate or Maxtor (not Western Digital), or you can have us install a hard drive for you, so that it is ready to go when it ships.

This Standalone DVR is a great choice for home or business security camera installations where a PC is not available or desireable for recording. The Standalone DVR will plug directly into any standard television or monitor with RCA video inputs, allowing you to view live and playback pre-recorded video right on your TV. The Internet Explorer remote viewing capabilities will allow you to view your cameras live over the internet using a standard IE browser. The new web interface includes all of the same controls as the IR remote control, allowing you to stop and start recording, change recording schedules and even playback video over the internet right from your web browser (static IP address required).

USB Backup software allows you to plug the standalone DVR into your PC or Laptop with the included USB cable, so that you can playback video on your PC or even archive video onto your PC's hard drive if something occurs on your camera. PC software included and is compatible with Windows XP or Windows Vista (32-bit).
