This Alnet D-700 Real-Time PCI DVR Card is great for replacing an existing Standalone DVR Recorder or VCR, as well as building your own PC-Based DVR Recording System. This DVR Card comes with highly acclaimed Alnet VDR-S DVR Software for high resolution Real-Time video recording directly onto your Windows XP or Windows Vista PC's hard drive. This lets you view your live and pre-recorded video from all of your cameras right on your PC.
This Alnet DVR Card also comes with excellent quality remote viewing software for your PC, Laptop, PDA Phone or Windows Mobile Smartphone. This allows you to always keep an eye on your system over the internet in full resolution, no matter where you are. Most Standalone DVRs and other PC-Based DVR Cards require a Static IP address (which costs more every month from your Internet Service Provider), but the Alnet system has built in Dynamic IP support, so that it will work with any broadband Cable or DSL internet connection, even with a Dynamic IP address.
The Alnet PC-Based DVR Software will even allow you to remotely view multiple locations at once, allowing you to view cameras from multiple DVR servers or franchises simultaneously (up to 64 cameras can be viewed at once from up to 16 DVR Servers with Alnet DVR Cards).

real time remote viewing!

i bought this card, because of the pda viewing capabilities with windows mobile 5. i can now view and record my cameras in real time from anywhere, and i could not be happier.
in alaska, it can sometimes take a long time to receive packages, but ez-toyz sent this card out the same day it was ordered, and i had it in a matter of days!
I highly recommend this card and software for any home or business.
I bought several ad 2000 dome cameras from ez-toyz(Good cameras.),and the Alnet D 700 software and dvr card.I installed the cameras with an electrician for a friend, at her dentist office in Chicago.The Alnet D700 is an excellent program.Once you install the D700 software,it allows you to view the cameras via remote connection anywhere in the world.You can go to the ez-toyz website and download the client software on to any computer for free and you have very high quality remote viewing at the click of a mouse.It comes with many option's including playback of archived events,and programmable email alerts.The package comes with the dvr card,also the server and client software.The program has been very stable.The best part of all this,is the customer service.It's excellent.They really went out of there way to be very helpful. They helped me with every technical aspect of the process,and remotely installed the software,and forwarded the ports on the cable router for me.The helpful customer service would benefit someone who wants to do it themselves.The ongoing support from ez-toyz,is also excellent.If you have any problems, they will truly try to make it right for you.This has been my experience. Anyways it's a great product from my point of view.
