How to Return or Exchange a Purchase?
Before sending your product back, Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) through our online RMA Request Form. Once you have submitted the RMA request form, you will receive an email with an RMA for any qualified returns/exchanges. Once you have received the RMA# and address, You should return your purchase clearly labelled with appropriate RMA#. The returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of purchase of original item with proper RMA#. Items received after 30 days or without appropriate RMA# will be returned at customer's expense.
Terms and Conditions:
- All items must be returned in like-new condition in the original packaging.
- Any Items received without original packaging or not in like-new condition, will not be accepted as a return.
- Any items that have been opened/installed will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.
- Returns for qualifying orders that were paid for with a check or money order can only be refunded with in-store credit.
- Items received with physical damage of any kind will not be processed as a return or exchange. These items can be shipped back with pre-payment of return shipping charges.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item was purchased during a Free-Shipping promotion, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund before credit is issued.
- If the item is being returned for credit, please allow 14-30 days for processing of the credit to your original credit card.
- If you wish to exchange your purchase then please indicate what product you are interested in exchanging for while applying for the RMA Number online.
- RMA forms partially filled in or without a detailed description of the problem are subject to rejection
- Ez-Toyz is not responsible for any physical damages sustained during transit, and will void any warranty.
- A copy of the original invoice/packing slip must be included with any returned items.
- Warrantys are void if the factory seal is broken. No Exceptions.
- There will be no Returns on any Cables or cabling accessories for any reason - This includes Pre-Made Cables, Bulk Spools of cable and any cabling adapters or fittings.
Alnet Systems Additional Conditions
Alnet Systems DVR Cards and Packages pricing includes non-refundable Programming fees for programming the USB dongle for your particular system. Dongle programming fees generally follow the chart below:

Dongle Programming Fees for Alnet Systems are paid directly to the manufacturer for initial USB dongle programming and are completely non-refundable for any reason.
