Most baby monitors on the market use an analog wireless transmission. Whether they transmit just audio or audio and video together, these baby monitors can actually be inviting others nearby to listen in on your house or watch what is happening. That is why we have introduced our newest 2.4 Ghz Digital Encrypted Wireless Baby Monitor the DW-AV1. This Baby Monitor comes with the ability to transmit video and audio digitally up to 200 meters (650 feet) unimpeded.
The camera included with this pair has a built-in Li-battery for up to 3 hours use, or can be plugged in with the included power adapter for continuous use. This camera provides color video during the daytime and black and white night vision at night up to 10 meters from the camera. This camera also has a built-in microphone so that you can hear your baby, as well as a built-in speaker, so that you can speak back to your baby when they are crying.
The included Digital Wireless Receiver is married with the camera during the initial boot-up, so that the monitor that is powered on with the camera is the ONLY monitor that will be able to view the camera and hear the audio from your camera. This makes sure that your home is more secure and alleviates the possibility of anyone listening in or watching the transmission. This receiver has a built-in 2.4" TFT LCD screen, and features controls that will allow you to zoom in on the camera, listen to your baby, and even talk back with your baby when he/she is crying. The auto-power off function will keep the audio live, but will shut down the LCD screen to extend battery life when not in use.
